Is it proper to have marital relations in a bedroom that has an electric clock next to the bed that has light?

Following the Halacha that as a matter of modesty and privacy, marital relations should take place only on a dark room (Shulchan Aruch O.H. 240: 11), Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that if the light is strong enough that permits one can see, the clock should be covered or turned away.
