Q. If someone was making eggs in a not-ben-yomo fleishig frying pan, and the eggs were hot. At that time someone placed a piece of cheese on top of the eggs. It was immediately realized that it was a mistake, and the cheese was removed from on top of the eggs. What is the status of the frying pan? Thank you.
A. Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that the eggs are permitted. However, the pan should undergo preferably hagga’ala.
