Does one need to keep Shabbos until 77 minutes after Shkia due to Tosefes Shabbos? or is 72 enough?

Horav Dovid Pam Shlit’a and Horav Aharon Miller Shlit’a maintain that the few minutes of the Tosefes Shabbos are added to the 72 minutes at the end of Shabbos.
