Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that one cannot consult directly any computer program or any artificial intelligence system to decide what the Halacha is in a specific case or question as deciding Halacha is a human undertaking given to Poskim and qualified Rabbonim. However, the above, may consult from the program sources and information pertaining the shaila they are dealing with, yet the decision should be done by a qualified and competent Posek or Rabbi and not by a machine.
